Decoder: How To Access FNBB's Online Banking Services

The following is a comprehensive list of how to access the services offered under the bank's online banking product.

REGISTRATION

WEBSITE:(www.fnbbotswana.co.bw.) Call 2423716/713 for any clarification

  • Click on Register
  • Enter your Card number and ATM PIN
  • Accept Terms and Conditions, Press Continue Create your own Username and Password Press Register (orange on your bottom right)

ACTIVATION

  • Go to any FNB ATM
  • Put in your card, Enter your ATM PIN Go to More Service, More Services again
  • Activate Digital Online Banking
  • Accept

RESETTING PASSWORD:

Steps to follow to reset password

  • FNB Homepage
  • Click on Forgot Username or Password
  • Choose reset password/Choose Reset Username + Password
  • Enter your username, ID/Passport number
  • Next page should require your card number, pin and security code
  • Then enter a new password and continue
  • Enter OTP or approve on the APP
  • Then login with a new password

ADDING RECIPIENTS:

Steps to follow to add recipients;

  • Login
  • Go to Payment
  • Click on add (orange on your right)
  • Complete recipient account details and references
  • Continue and enter OTP or approve on APP

PAYING RECIPIENTS:

Steps to follow to pay recipients;

  • Login
  • Go to Payments
  • Select once off
  • Along recipient add amount to pay and references
  • Select account to pay from (bottom right)
  • Click on pay
  • Confirm transaction with OP or via APP

ONCE-OFF PAYMENT:

Steps to follow to make a once-off payment;

  • Login
  • Go to Payment
  • Click on Once-off
  • Add payment details (name, branch code, account number, amount, references and **POP method)
  • Select account to pay from (bottom right)
  • Click on Pay
  • Confirm transaction with OT or via APP

AMENDING LIMITS/LIMIT INCREASE

Steps to follow to amend online banking limits;

  • Login
  • Go to Online Banking Settings
  • Select Daily limits
  • Amend the limit you want
  • Select if the limit is to be set Temporarily or Permanently
  • Click on Update
  • Confirm
  • Confirm transaction with OTP or via APP

PRINTING STATEMENT ON ONLINE BANKING

Steps to follow to print Statement;
  • Login
  • Go to Accounts
  • Click More
  • Click Statement History
  • Click Download to print or tick the boxes to send through email.
PRINTING CONFIRMATION LETTER ON ONLINE BANKING

Steps to follow to print the confirmation letter;
  • Login
  • Go to Accounts
  • Click More
  • Click confirmation letter
  • Download to print or send through email
PRINTING STATEMENT VIA BANKING APP

Steps to follow to print Statement;
  • Login
  • Click on the Account
  • Click Account Options
  • Click Statement History
  • Download and open file
  • Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner
  • Click Print
