First National Bank Botswana, the country's largest bank by customer base, has announced the removal of charges for numerous services including payment withdrawals and prepaid electricity purchases.
"FNBB has exempted fees for certain previously charged services, reinforcing our commitment to adapt to our customers' evolving needs," the bank said in a statement.
"At FNBB, we firmly believe in embracing continuous change and actively listening to your valuable feedback, all to ensure an unparalleled customer experience."
