Local fintech startup Ipachi Capital has won the Southern Africa regional French Embassy startup pitch competition and will be headed to VivaTech conference in Paris,France in June 2023.
“Being selected as the only startup in Botswana to pitch at the France Embassy in South Africa, was for us an opportunity of a lifetime. And it meant that we could now get our value proposition out there and showing impact. After the pitch in South Africa when got mentioned as part of the startups that qualified for the top 10 which will be going to France for the VivaTech summit this year, this to us validated the importance and scalability of our solution. Understand this, VivaTech is the largest startup event in Europe. We look forward to networking with other amazing innovators who are shaping how the world works. Ipachi's flagship product is a mobile app is a credit and business management tool for small businesses which enables them to access features such as checking accounts, point of sale (POS), inventory management, and business reports.
It combines features of banking, commerce and payments in one integration to produce easy-to-share business reports which will enable small businesses get access to credit opportunities.
